Ardoisieres Silice Blanc 2024100% Jacquere. From an amazing part of Savoie in a pocket where this producer has been a part of a revitalisation of viticulture and winemaking through the lens of organic farming and gentle winemaking. Ardoisires parcels of fruit are farmed on specific soil profiles and bottled as such, but this is a blend of various plots, mostly using the local variety Jacquere, with some other bits and pieces in the mix.

A trace of gun-flint among the iced pastry aromas: fresh

40% Sauvignon and 10% Muscadelle

A scintillating cocktail of red apple

gently grainy/finely milled tannin and a core of redcurrant

Red Cherry and raspberry are in that tart and slightly juicy spectrum framed by this wonderful fine chalky tannin structure which is a real hallmark of the wine
