All pens were finished with 12 16 coats of thin cyanoacrylate (thin super glue), making them highly durable, virtually waterproof, and stain resistant. Owners of these pens should be cautious about letting

The brass colouring matches closely with the gold pigment

which resulted in many bubbles forming in the final casting (some can be seen in the photos)

This fountain pen was made from pieces of 1" bamboo and epoxy resin with gold mica pigment
